Thanks to the high volume of Dangerous Goods Storage Cabinets and Safety Showers we ship annually throughout Australia and New Zealand, we have some of the lowest  shipping rates in the business! We pass the savings on to you by absorbing the shipping costs and offering Free Shipping to your doorstep on all orders over $500.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

Before our goods are shipped they are all inspected for quality assurance to ensure they are free from defects or damages. All goods are shipped within 1-2 business days after your purchase. Delivery time frames from placement of your order are as follows:-

North Island -            2-4 business days

South Island -          3-5 business days.

Please note that all transit times are calculated based on Business Days. Natural Disasters may add more days to the delivery timeframe.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND

For clients outside New Zealand, please contact info@dgsafety.co.nz for a customised quote.

SHIPPING DAMAGE & CLAIMS

  1. Upon delivery, inspect the box and contents for any signs of damage in front of the driver. If you find significant damage to the contents, you have the right to refuse the shipment. In this instance please write “Refused due to damage.” The shipment will be returned to us and, upon receipt of the damaged shipment, we will issue a replacement shipment.
  2. If the damage is minor and repairable you may choose to accept the shipment but you must write a description of the damage on the delivery receipt. In this instance, please email photos of the damage and the shipping box to info@dgsafety.co.nz within 48 hours of accepting the delivery. Please keep the packaging and shipping box in the event we need to ship the goods back to us. 
  3. If the driver is unwilling or unable to wait for you to inspect the shipment in their presence, please note this on the delivery receipt “Driver would not wait for the contents to be inspected, possible concealed damage.” If there is any damage to the shipping box at all, please also note this on the delivery receipt.

 RETURNS

If the item is damaged or has a defect DG Safety will work to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. 

EXCHANGES

If you require to alter the size or style of your cabinet then please email info@dgsafety.co.nz and advise what cabinet you would like to exchange your cabinet for. We will then issue a Return Goods Authority (RGA) form to manage the process. No exchange goods will be accepted without the RGA form.

Please note we are unable to exchange a cabinet once it has been used.

If you think you may need to exchange the cabinet, please hold onto the packaging materials in case you need to pack it back up for return shipment.

If you need to exchange the cabinet, please ensure you take photos of the cabinet with and without the packaging material on it. You are responsible for the cabinet until we sign off as accepting an undamaged cabinet. If the cabinet does get damaged on the return trip your photos can be submitted to the Freight insurance company for compensation.
